I’ve worked in education for over 20 years – first as a teacher and Head of Department, then as a coach and mentor, and now as a Maths tutor who brings all of that experience together. I’ve taught in schools, led teams, coached students, trained teachers, supported athletes, and guided business professionals.

What I Believe
I believe Maths is something we can all engage with - and succeed in - when it’s taught with care, clarity, and flexibility.
I know that no two students are the same, and I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether your child needs firm foundations, encouragement, structure, or stretch - I adapt to meet them where they are.
Above all, I aim to build a relationship that feels safe, focused, and quietly inspiring.
Beyond Tutoring
I also run a creative project called The Hidden World of Maths - a joyful exploration of how Maths shows up in nature, music, sport, and the patterns of life.
It’s not just about getting a grade - it’s about rediscovering the wonder of learning.
